The people you see here own and lead Real Floors Commercial. Between us, we have over 100 years of experience working on all types of commercial projects for general contractors throughout the nation. We believe in building partnerships with our general contractors, not low-balling bids to win business. We pride ourselves on meeting commitments, solving problems, and staying plugged in to what’s happening on every job.

Scott Wierson

An Atlanta native, Scott developed various skills in construction while working in electrical, framing, grading and commercial roofing. He constructed cable lines along many southeastern roads and highways. He took pride in installing hardwood flooring: “New flooring creates an immediate visual impact to that space; it’s gratifying to be a part of the transformation.”
With academic and tennis scholarships, Scott earned his BA at Piedmont College in Demorest, GA, achieving various honors along the way. After living near Athens for the past 15 years, Scott moved to West Cobb to be near the Real Floors Commercial Headquarters in Kennesaw, GA.
Scott cherishes his family. He and his wife, Deb, are the proud parents of three children. His guiding principle in business and in life: “Be a positive force. As far as we know you get only one life, make it count! Give of yourself, your time, your money…impact someone’s life in a positive way. Above all, be a Giver.”

Jim Chapman

A native Hoosier, James (Jim) Chapman moved to the Southeast in 2001 after earning a Master of Science in Information & Communication Sciences at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. After working in Telecommunications and, subsequently, as a Business Analyst for EarthLink, Jim decided in 2005 to parlay his skills into the commercial flooring industry as a Project Manager wherein he served the Multi-family and Military Housing construction sectors for the proceeding eleven years.

Jim joined Real Floors Commercial in July of 2017 as Executive Vice President where he is helping to lead a talented group of industry professionals. He possesses a passion for developing organizational and system efficiencies that allow his team to serve its clients’ ever-changing needs and insure the delivery of unsurpassed customer satisfaction.

Outside the office, Jim enjoys hiking, boating, exercising, reading and pursuing his life-long passion for learning. Jim, his wife, Rachel, and their son are residents of Decatur, GA.

Will Couch

As Vice President of Construction, Will Couch draws on his 35 plus years of varied experience in the flooring industry to manage the Real Floors Commercial, Inc. (RFCI) field superintendent staff, maintain and enhance installer relationships, and work directly with onsite general contractor representatives.

Will has an extensive background in flooring installation, operations, warehousing, and customer service that provides him the qualifications to nurture and strengthen our field affiliations. This experience, the willingness to go the extra mile, and his dedication to building relationships with Real Floors Commercial’s customers is proof positive, based on the outstanding partnerships he has created over the 20 years he has been employed with Real Floors.

Will and his wife Virginia live in Canton, GA where he enjoys working outside in the yard and playing golf, yet his biggest passion is simply spending time with his children and grandchildren.

Kevin King

As VP of Project Management and Business Development for Real Floors Commercial, Kevin King supports the Project Management team and oversees the company’s client/partner relationships. While attending college on scholarship for the Varsity Tennis Team and an elected member of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee, Kevin received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education from Valdosta State University.

Kevin leverages his 25 years of working experience in the business world in a multitude of areas and industries. Some of the job function experiences are account management, general management, project management, training, sales, sales engineering, and sales management including a 15 year career in business to business sales management with a Fortune 10 company. In 2011, Kevin obtained his Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University and having previously served in the commercial flooring industry as a Project Manager, working on multi-family and retail projects, Kevin rejoined Real Floors Commercial in his current role in 2016.

Kevin and his wife Daphne live in Marietta with their three sons and enjoy supporting them in their athletic interests. Kevin collects classic muscle cars and is an overall sports fanatic who can be found outside the office on a court or ball field of some sort coaching his boys. An avid Florida “Gator” fan, Kevin is the grandson of the legendary, “Mr. Two Bits”.

Adam Brookner

Although he grew up in the flooring industry, Adam finally joined the Real Floors team as the Director of Business Development in 2008. In the years prior to coming on board, Adam worked on the property management side and also earned an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta School of Business. Adam became the company’s President in 2014 and is focused on achieving day-to-day solutions while developing and executing his vision for the company’s growth.

Jack Weissman

Jack has been the CFO of Real Floors since 1994 and is universally recognized due to his longtime involvement in the Atlanta and Mid-Georgia Apartment Associations, where he has served on their BOD and received various awards. Jack also serves on the BOD of the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation, where he and his wife Ellen helped establish and run their annual Peggy Waskom Super Bowl fundraiser. He also collects industry birthdays and enjoys sending birthday wishes to his extensive list every day. Prior to joining Real Floors, Jack worked 9 years on the owner/manager side, primarily with The Sterling Group, which developed and managed apartment communities in several states. He has an accounting degree from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and received his CPA while working with Price Waterhouse in Tampa, where he was born and raised. Jack enjoys spending his free time working out and traveling (mostly to Disney) with his wife Ellen. He also has 2 sons, Scott and David, along with a stepson, Tyler, and a stepdaughter, Teryl.
